Ericka is a classically trained Pilates Instructor with a passion for helping her clients achieve a deeper understanding of their bodies and reaching their next level of fitness.

Ericka began practicing Pilates in 2005 as a student at Southeastern Louisiana University, where she studied dance. She immediately fell in love with Pilates, and how her practice
strengthened both her dance and running abilities. After sustaining several injuries from a car accident in 2008, Ericka turned to Pilates to aid her recovery.

Convinced that a steady practice helps to heal the ailments of the body and calm the mind, Ericka was inspired to become an instructor. Ericka holds comprehensive certifications
from Equinox Pilates and Power Pilates. Ericka enjoys working with clients to improve their posture, prevent injury, and aid recovery. Whether running, cycling, strength training, or swimming are your activities of choice; Ericka's mindful approach will guide you to a strong and balanced body, so you can keep doing the things you love!


In her spare time, Ericka runs marathons, does volunteer work with Young Life, enjoys traveling and long walks with her dog, Noah.
