Meg discovered her passion for Pilates through dance. She began dancing at the age of 5 and used Pilates as a tool to help correct muscle imbalances created from choreography and to stabilize her hypermobility. Meg completed Alycea Ungaro's Pilates classical teacher training program at Real Pilates. She loves to make sure her clients work up a sweat and embraces the positive effect that Pilates can have on any body from every background. When she's not teaching Pilates, Meg enjoys training for half marathons, spinning, and exploring the world of health and wellness. Meg continues to practice Pilates for her own well being while she works professionally as a dancer, and is excited to show you what Pilates can do for you!
