Melissa enjoys working with people of all ages from all walks of life. She grew up spending most of her time outdoors hiking, trail running, mountain biking, and snowboarding.
She started doing pilates for injury prevention. She believes, even with the busiest schedule, set aside a few minutes everyday and give yourself the gift of conscious breath and movement. Pilates has helped her build body awareness, stability, mobility, flexibility, and strength. She would love to help people reach their personal goals and simply, feel amazing!
Melissa has her Mat Certification and Comprehensive Pilates Certification from Core Pilates NYC.
