Melissa enjoys teaching clients from all walks of life. She focuses on specific alignment, body awareness, and developing core strength. She grew up spending most of her time outdoors enjoying hikes, trail running, mountain biking, and snowboarding. Pilates became a way to cross train and prevent injuries. Pilates has now evolved into her daily practice that maintains her mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, and mental clarity. Clients can expect a challenging but safe workout and she will adapt to a clients specific daily needs. We will work to help you reach your personal goals and simply, feel amazing!
Melissa has her Mat and Comprehensive Pilates Certification from Core Pilates NYC. She is a lover of continual education. Her specialities include pre/postnatal pilates and functional body conditioning for bone and joint health.
