An avid outdoor enthusiast, Melissa grew up hiking, trail running, mountain biking, and snowboarding. She originally turned to Pilates as a way to cross-train and prevent injuries—but over time, it evolved into her daily practice for maintaining strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, and mental clarity.
In each session, Melissa meets her clients where they are, providing a safe and supportive environment while still delivering a strong, focused workout. Whether you’re recovering, strengthening, or simply seeking to feel better in your body, she’s committed to helping you move with confidence and feel amazing.
Melissa holds both Mat and Comprehensive Pilates Certifications from Core Pilates NYC and is passionate about continued education. Her specialties include pre/postnatal Pilates and functional body conditioning for bone and joint health.
